Using your body as a machine is another form of FUNctional FITness at SICFIT Scottsdale. We do not just rely on barbells, plates and rowers to get stronger and faster, we learn how to use our own bodyweight to develop strength, speed, endurance, agility, stamina and power. The Bodyweight class is a high energy, intense hour of training and will leave you feeling strong and accomplished. Bodyweight class is every Monday and Wednesday night at 5:00pm and Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm.
