Our programs at SICFIT Scottsdale cover a wide range of functional movements and are taught by qualified coaches. From Olympic lifting to yoga, and kids as young as 4 to adults up to 94, we offer the most amount of classes to ensure FITness success.

Whatever your FITness journey is, SICFIT Scottsdale has the tools you need to reach the goals you sent for yourself. All classes start with a coach led warm up to begin the hour long SIC session. Coaches instruct a dynamic movement , begin skill training and movement prep. Depending on the lift or specific programming, we will spend 15-20 minutes on strength/Olympic lifting (squat, press, dead lift, snatch, clean and jerk). After a short break we finish class with a conditioning piece ranging from 4-20 minutes.
