Whole Life Challenge

The Whole Life Challenge is an opportunity to take action on things in your life a little (or a lot) differently than you ever have before. You’ll be challenged to make daily choices in the food you eat and the way you spend your time outside of the gym that will have a tremendous impact on your health and fitness.

The Challenge isn’t about trying to compete, win, or get it perfect. It’s a practice in making small, personal, incremental changes in your daily life that stick… for days, weeks, months and years to come. You will watch the small actions you learn to take in the WLC turn into long-term habits, and result in your life actually being different.

The Challenge starts on September 7th and ends on November 1st
