    Technique and form are both very important in your workout routine at SICFIT Scottsdale. Whether you have been around for a while or are brand new to SICFIT they both can probably use some work. The SICFIT Scottsdale Fundamentals Seminar is designed to help your training. Learn the Foundational Movements  so you can perform them safely, efficiently, and effectively. Movements that we will focus on include: The squats (air, front, overhead), Presses (strict, push press, push jerk), deadlift, clean and the snatch

    Learning these movements and incorporating them into your fitness routine will optimize your physical competence in each of the ten recognized fitness domains, which are: Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
