Teens can expect to learn the basics of functional fitness and begin building strength using age and ability appropriate weights. Campers will leave camp with a keen sense of body awareness, the ability to concentrate and transfer power in functional fitness exercises related to sports, and a strong foundation that will inspire health and fitness inspired lifestyle choices far into the future!
