30 Second max push up after each set
30 Second jump rope after each set
2-3 Minute Rest
CONDITIONING B
5 Minutes: 30 Seconds kettlebell swing + 30 seconds Rest

5 Minutes: 30 Seconds burpees + 30 seconds rest
