Heat Assignments: New Year New YOU FITness Challenge!



The challenge is finally here! The New Year, New YOU FITness challenge is tomorrow! It starts at 9:00am so be sure you are at the gym and checked in before go time! Bring your family and your friends to come help cheer you on!! We have prize packages for the top winners in all Life, FITness and Sport Categories and for both male and female along with our Teens and Tweens divisions as well. Below you will find your heat assignments- good luck athletes and we will see you in the morning!

Part 1

10 minutes to find a 3RM Back Squat

You may have as many attempts in this part as you can in the 10 minutes. Bar is taken off the rack for the start of all attempts. Hip crease below the knees at the bottom and full extension of the knees and hips at the top.

15 minute rest between part 1 and part 2
