Spend 15 Minutes to establish a heavy deadlift
Spend 10 Minutes to establish a heavy strict press
BODYWEIGHT
Max rounds in 30 minutes
20 Air squat
20 Push up
20 Sit up
20 Burpee
Run small lap
CONDITIONING
Row 5 minutes
Run 5 minutes
AIR 5 minutes
