With a little bit of planning and coordination we can ensure that healthy choices are made easy throughout the week. All we need is a few simple tricks and recipes in our toolkit and suddenly the burden “what to eat” is obliterated! Russian kettlebell swing 10 after each set

30 Seconds jump rope AFAP
CONDITIONING 
100 Barbell push press for time
