As members of CrossFit Scottsdale, we get to experience the power of achieving something that at first seems impossible on a daily basis.  Can you imagine what this does to a person’s outlook, to their confidence, to even their self-image after a few months of consistent training? How about after a few years? At CrossFit Scottsdale we train more than just physical bodies.
