Do you consider yourself extreme? Do you have what it takes to keep up with a two hour, high work-load, low rest time, team conditioning program? If you feel yourself getting excited just by reading this then we challenge you to SICFIT Extreme! For those with the dedication, the drive, and will to go Extreme, we expect you to show up bright and early on Friday mornings at 5 am for the next 7 weeks for the SICest mental and physical challenges at our gym. Make sure you show up five minutes early, with a good attitude, and wearing your SICFIT Scottsdale shirt — tardiness and lack of compliance will garner consequences!
