Starting April 15th, this six week specialty program will result in a multitude of benefits. Training for 3 times a week, from 6:30am to 7:30am Monday, Wednesday, and Friday’s. For $199, you can expect fat loss, increased muscle tone, shape and strength. Also, look forward to increased stamina, endurance, improved flexibility, improved energy, vitality, self-confidence as well as nutrition tips for optimal results. This is for those that may not be ready for CrossFit classes, but are prepared to get back into shape and get started bright and early in the morning!
