Lunge the Small Lap
SLED PUSH no weight 5x 25’ high bar 3x 25’ low bar
CONDITIONING
30 Minutes:
Wall ball 21 reps
Sled Push + weight
Run Small Lap
Push up Burpees 7 reps
*rest 2 minutes, then repeat
