WARM UP
Buy in:
1000 meter row
Then:
10, 8, 6, 4, 2
Strict Pull Up
Push Up
Ring Dip

SKILL
Pistol

CONDITIONING
10 Minutes AMRAP (as many rounds as possible!)
5x pistols with each leg
8x Toes to bar
10x Deadlift

FINISHER
Max air squats in 3 minutes
