Workout on the Weekend to Prepare for your Level II Band

What are your fitness goals at CrossFit Scottsdale?  Are you ready to determine whether or not you have been putting in the work to meet these goals?  The level testing we have structured for our athletes is designed to help you keep your goals high and to keep you accountable to them.  If you have already achieved your Level I band, and feel you are ready to put your self to the test once again, your coaches at CrossFit Scottsdale encourage you to come see if you have reached the goals you have been striving for at our Level II Test.  The test will be held on Thursday, 7pm on 2/28/13. This gives you less than a week to prepare.  Are you ready?
