WARM
10x push up/sit up (strict)/oh squat 3x

A1 walking overhead lunge 30" down the length of the gym
A2 plank hold accumulate 60 seconds
3xfull rounds go up in weight each set

B1 “DEATH BY 10 METERS”

Our Crossfit Scottsdale Endurance program meets every Wednesday at 5am and on Saturdays at 8am.
The program is led by 3 time South West Regional Qualifier and 2011 Top Female CrossFitter
