Are you ready to see what you’ve got in 2013? Looking for a little jump start to your New Year? Or maybe you are itching for a little competition? Well mark your calendars for January 5, 2013. This will be our first CrossFit Scottsdale Fitness Challenge of the New Year.
If you haven’t been with us for a Challenge yet here’s how it works. On January 5 at 9 am participants complete the workout in either Beginner, Intermediate or Rx categories and are scored by a Judge. With tons of screaming fellow students and friends around you it will be a blast! You have 4 weeks improve on that score and work on your movements. Then, On February 2 at 9 am you will complete the same workout and see how you have improved. Prizes will be awarded for top times in each category as well as the most improved.
Don’t be afraid of that little “competition” word this challenge is for everyone from the newbie to the seasoned CrossFit athlete. We will have lots of tips and tricks for you to improve your time and movements. So get signed up in the gym today and start your 2013 off right!!

- 50 Sit-Ups
- 40 Kettle-bell Swings (Rx 55#/35#; Int-45#/25#; Beg 35#/15#)
- 30 Wall Balls (Rx 20#/14#; Int-14#/10#; Beg 10#/8#)
- 20 Clean (Rx 135#/95#; Int-95#/65#; Beg 75#/35#)
- 10 Burpees
