CrossFit is a core strengthening and conditioning program designed around performing functional movements at high intensities. Today at CrossFit Scottsdale we will be focusing on the deadlift, the most fundamental lift there is.  Requiring your whole body to properly execute, the deadlift can help to enhance all other lifts.
