We will be fine tuning our overhead squats in class today as we continue “back to basics” week at CrossFit Scottsdale. Then to really kick it old school and get our hearts pumpin’ we will spend the last 15 minutes of class running a suicide ladder.

7 Toes to Bar + 30 second Plank Hold
