Progress

After each class at CrossFit Scottsdale we write our scores on the board… why do we do this? We record our workouts and how well we did on the board for all to see but more importantly in our Success Journals so we are able to track this progress. Writing down your workouts and the weights you used and your score is the best way to measure your improvement over time. This will also allow  you to gauge which movements you struggle with so your able to focus in on them. Utilizing your success journal is a key part of our program at CrossFit Scottsdale and we often refer back to it for weight adjustments, that being said bring your Success Journal to every class and carefully record your success after each workout and let the progress begin!
