Hell Week IV: Mental Toughness

Hell Week at CrossFit Scottsdale is all about pushing your limits both physically and mentally. This does not require any special talents except the ability to push past the pain and abolishing any notion that quitting is an option. Our bodies are machines which are capable of withstanding more than we realize, the true test is mental toughness.

Warm Up
1 Mile Run
+25 Air Squats on every corner

Strength
Strict Press > Push Press > Jerk
x5 of each (15 reps total)*
x3 rounds
*10 push ups if you drop the bar
