Hell Week IV: Encouragement

It’s HELL WEEK at CrossFit Scottsdale, be sure to give those participating an extra push in class and encouragement. These students will not only be battling their metal and physical toughness each day at 5am and are required to return to complete a second workout each day in order to successfully pass Hell Week.

Warm Up
10 Ring Rows
10 Ring Push Ups
x5 rounds

Snatch Balance + Overhead Squat

Workout of the Day
1 Snatch Balance
1 Overhead Squat
x10 rounds
*go up each set but do not fail at either movement

50 Pull Ups
50 Burpees
