Hell Week IV: Teamwork

Hell Week at CrossFit Scottsdale is a grueling 10 workouts in 5 days. This one week program exposes both weaknesses and strengths you never knew you had. It may pay to be first but no one gets left behind at CrossFit Scottsdale. So even if you’re a natural born leader Hell Week will quickly teach you that you are only as strong as your weakest link and therefore teamwork is essential to your success.
