This week is the CrossFit Scottsdale Level I Test on Thursday night at 7pm. The level tests are always a lot of fun and we encourage everyone to attend and support your fellow students… even invite your family to come watch you kick some ass! Also this week CrossFit Scottsdale will be headed to CrossFit Fury on Saturday for the final workout of the CrossFit Games Open, directly following there will be a charity tug-of-war fundraiser “Pull for Dominic”. If you are interested in participating let a coach know, we are looking for 1-2 teams of 5 boys and 5 girls.
