CrossFit Games Workout 12.5

It is the final week of the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Open. We will be validating 12.5 in all classes today, however Saturday we will be going as a team to CrossFit Fury in Goodyear. Everyone is welcome and ALL competitors are encouraged to participate in the final local competition of the season. Watch Nick Zambruno (#3 in the region) vs. Will Trujillo (#4 in the region) compete head-to-head. We will be carpooling leaving CrossFit Scottsdale in the fleet at 9am.
