Today in all of our morning classes we will be testing our physical fitness to get our baseline numbers as we start changing the foods we eat so that we can measure progress. Speed and strength are two elements of great physical fitness and in CrossFit we want to make sure we have both and that even as our speed increases so does our strength. This is also the goal of the Body Rx Challenge. As we lose weight we want to focus on fat loss NOT muscle loss and testing both our strength and speed will help us do just that. For those of you on the challenge be sure to score your 1 mile run time and your 1RM Clean & Jerk on the Body Rx Leaderboard.
