Wednesday Morning Endurance Workout – Lumber Jack 20

Endurance athletes tomorrow morning will be our final full body workout before diving back into our running/rowing interval WODs.  We will once again, incorporate the functional movements of CrossFit into a long metcon, to not only perfect our technique and precision on each of the movements but to also use our run as a means of rest and relaxation.  See you all in the AM!

20 Deadlifts (155/275#) – 400m Run

20 KBS (55/75#) – 400m Run

20 OHS (75/115#) – 400m Run

20 Burpees  – 400m Run

20 C2B Pull Ups – 400m Run

20 Box Jumps (24”) – 400m Run

20 Squat Cleans (85/125#) – 400m Run
