“Climbing a Mountain and take a break from highways and treadmills, its good for the mind, body and spirit”
Last Friday SealFit class met at Pinnacle Peak at 0500. The task was to move boulders up the mountain to help build walls so hikers can be safe and to keep the trail protected. They put their heart, sweat, and souls forward to push through the exhausting temperature. Locals and other volunteers could not believe the determination and will power of these 9 men.Christian Nichols from Luke Air Force base volunteered his precious time to lead these amazing men forward as they completed the task. They pushed through unknown obstacles in this overbearing heat and conquered Pinnacle Peak. Thank you SealFit Team Scottsdale for kicking ass and for your dedication and heartfelt work, see you Friday 0500.
SealFit 1.4 will consist of back 2 back 2 back 2 back 2 back “Girls” with a 800 meter run after each.
