Strength, Power & Speed Physical Fitness Routine

Warm Up: 500m row/50 Double unders

Strength: Deadlifts 5×3

WOD1 3 rounds for time: 50 Double unders/25 wall balls

WOD2 3 rounds for time: 10 Overhead squats(m#135 w#90) 50 Double unders
