Wednesday morning Yoga is coming back to CrossFit Scottsdale. Coach Jill will lead you in the art of stretching and flexibility that is essential to every CrossFit athlete’s training regimen. While Yoga means many things to many people, let’s be honest, you are not going to get too many moments of tranquility at CrossFit Scottsdale so take advantage while you can. Balance, power, flexibility, and agility are just a few of the basic skills of fitness that Yoga can provide you with. We will have Yoga every Monday at 7pm and Wednesday at 9am so come early and often and come get your stretch on!
