WOD #2 of the CrossFit Games Open Qualifier

Join us this Friday night 4/1 at CrossFit Scottsdale for WOD #2 of the 2011 CrossFit Games Open. To compete, you must register as an athlete by 5pm on Thursday 3/31.

Men:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (155lbs / 70kg)
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps (24″)

Women:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (100lbs / 45kg)
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps (20″)

Masters Men:
 (ages 45-54) Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (155lbs / 70kg)
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps (24″)
(ages 55+) Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (145lbs / 65kg)
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps (20″) (step ups okay for this category)

Masters Women:
(ages 45-54)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (100lbs / 45kg)
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps (20″)
(ages 55+) Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (90lbs / 40kg)
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps (20″)

Scaled Men:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (145lbs)
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps (20″)

Scaled Women:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (90lbs)
12 Push-ups/knees
15 Box jumps (18″)
