HELL WEEK

Mission description:

To successfully complete five 0500 classes that will push the limits of your body and will “FORGE MENTAL STRENGTH”  Then you will need to return for a 2nd class anytime the same day. 10x WODs in 5x days. Complete 8 and you do not pass. Finish 9 and have to head out of town on a business trip and you do not pass.
 

NO EXUSES… NO EXPLANATIONS… NO PROBLEMS.

Rules of engagement:

This is not a bootcamp. Wear your CFS t’s/tanks to every class if you don’t have one get it.  Bring a large water bottle and positive attitude and remember if you’re not early, you’re late.

1. Must work at near peak output for very long periods of time, with unknown periods of rest.
2. Must be prepared for the known and equally prepared for the unknown.
3. Does not always have access to equipment or proper training tools.
4. Is not competing to win, but to survive and accomplish a mission that can have life, death or strategic consequences well beyond their own pay grade.
5. Must be strong, but not like a power-lifter. Needs strength & stamina to move heavy stuff far & long, does not care about a 1 RM.
6. Must have exceptional endurance and be able to go long under load.
7. Must have work capacity for short, medium and long time domains.
8. Must be durable, have a powerful core strength, not be prone to injury and knowledgeable and how to sustain the body at a high level of readiness over the long haul.
9. Must be mentally tough and trains to do so.
10. Works as part of a unit or TEAM and works out with that team.
