BOX BOB

Strap some 14-16oz boxing/MMA gloves on for the entire workout except jump rope

50 Jumping jacks
10 Burpees
Walk 50 ft push up  style
Fireman carry someone on your back 50 ft
Punch low, med, high 60 seconds each, jab jab combo
Plank push ups 20X each side
Learn Krav Maga combos 1-3 5-10 min
Light spar with BOB 5-10 min
Run 1/2 mile arms over your head
100 jump ropes

Repeat for one hour
