SICFIT Scottsdale is designed to enhance the lives of our students through educated coaching, nutritional counseling, challenges, seminars, level testing and community events. Our three levels of training and nutrition are the backbone of our exercise philosophy simply described as LIFE l FITNESS l SPORT. Our goals are to improve the quality of life, to become better than (yesterday) or to score the most points to win.
We like to describe our three levels of training as:
LIFE: for those that need a lifestyle change. Maybe you are re-habbing an injury, just had a baby, are de-conditioned, or need to loose weight. This introductory beginner’s program provides the foundation of functional movement and proper form and scaling at the right intensity for each individual supervised by a Coach.
FITNESS: for those that want to look better than yesterday, feel good naked, look good in a bathing suit. Maybe you need a coach, some accountability or a new fitness or nutrition program to get you the results you deserve… This intermediate program is the cornerstone of our fitness and nutrition program. It changes body composition, develops athletes and empowers students to be better. It allows you to ramp up intensity levels, get stronger and learn new skills while executing proper form to maximize results.
SPORT: for those that are focused to do more work in less time; wether it’s to run a marathon, be an Ironman, hike the Grand Canyon, qualify at an Olympic Weightlifting meet, play competitive individual or team sports, rank regionally in the The Sport of Fitness, or learn and train for a GRID race. Our customized Sport programming and wide-rage of competitive experience will set you up for success and take your Fitness to next level.
At SICFIT Scottsdale, we introduce personal athletic achievement into sport and train athletes ranging from ages 4-90 from push-up to podium. We believe that being physically FIT and healthy is inspiring; it feels good, builds confidence, enriches our lives and allows us to live our best by becoming better leaders, parents, children and humans. The SIC in SICFIT stands for Strength In Conditioning and at SICFIT Scottsdale we teach all facets of human movement, including but not limited to; functional movements, personal training, gymnastics, periodized strength training, pre-hab, mobility, flexibility, yoga, Olympic weightlifting, competitive FITness, military training, endurance adventure racing, GRID racing, nutrition coaching, life coaching, supplement prescriptions, body fat analysis, customized programming and above all else holding ourselves, coaches and students and our facilities to the highest possible standards and accountability.
SICFIT gyms feature a “WOW” Workout of the Week, where 1/timed/measured or scored workout is measured on a global scale, allowing for varied programming of training or practicing based the individual’s needs.
Faculty and coaches are trained in a variety of areas and have experience ranging from military, law enforcement, personal training, Olympic Weightlifting, yoga, nutrition, life coaching, volleyball, CrossFit, professional and collegiate sports, endurance, martial arts and gymnastics.

The SICFIT Family in Scottsdale, San Diego, El Paso, and Chandler have been on a mission since October 1st to change 60 lives in 60 days. Our goal is to enroll 60 new members by December 1st in our group classes or private coaching programs. If our coaching team fails to reach this goal, they have committed to doing 100 burpees or a 100 calorie row! Are you ready to build your toughness, and push your mental and physical abilities to a whole new level? Be prepared for one of the toughest tests you will ever encounter. 12 hours of Hell is designed to test your heart and soul, to push your limitations passed your comfort zone and get your body prepared for the ultimate tests in life.
Do you have butterflies in your stomach? Because we do! Twelve hours worth of them! If you are participating in SICFIT Scottsdale’s “Hell Night,” it’s time to tap into that mental toughness because the challenge begins! Only the strongest will make it till morning!
In these 12 hours, you will be pushed in rowing, running, lifting, hiking, swimming, and your overall mental strength. It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you are at, just be prepared to show up, don’t quit, and push your capabilities. Graduation is not guaranteed, it’s earned.
